| Welcome to my website plbaxter.co.uk |
This is the website of Paul Baxter who geocaches under the name of Pieman. Why Pieman? Absolutely no reason. Geocaching is a game a bit like a high tech treasure hunt, where players seek boxes (caches) hidden by other players with the use of hand held Global Positioning Satellite Receivers (GPSR's). The coordinates for the caches are published on the games main website www.geocaching.com.
You can follow the travels of Crumpy the Bear with me, who is a teddy raising funds for Help for Heroes. He gets a penny per mile from The Crumplehorn Inn in Polperro. He also has his own facebook page which is updated with news from all the people he travels with.
You can also catch up with a story of how I returned £5 owed from 30 years ago to to someone I hadn't met here.
If you're registered with geocaching.com you can email me through my profile page there. Click on the Cheshire Cat below.
